18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

SextFriend is a discovery, referral, and communications platform. SextFriend does not produce, create, host, or store any sexually explicit visual content, and is neither a primary nor secondary producer of any such content as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Any live streams, images, or media accessible through SextFriend are produced and hosted by independent third-party platforms. Each such platform represents that all performers depicted were at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time the content was created, and that it maintains the records required under § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Those records are kept by the respective third-party platforms, not by SextFriend.

“AI Companions” and other AI-generated personas, characters, images, and messages on SextFriend are entirely computer-generated. They are not depictions of, and do not portray, any real person, and therefore fall outside the scope of § 2257.
